Terms and Conditions

For Underwear an swimwear, there is no changes or returns accepted for hygienic reasons. For other items, remember that you have 30 days to change and/or make a refund.

CHANGES

You can make a change of a garment (except underwear) when you want to change it to another COLOR or SIZE or for the same model. If we do not have stock for that product you want to change, we will refund you the amount you paid to your account.

You must send the package to one of our stores with the garment that you want to change. Contact us so that we can indicate you the nearest store writing an email to web@malditosweet.es.

Please note that the shipping of the products you want to change is your responsibility.

As the garments arrive at our stores (the items have to be in perfect condition and have internal tags), we will approve the return and we will send a confirmation mail with your request.

THE HOLDER WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING so we can send it again.

If we do not have stock, we will refund you the money, this amount will be paid in the same way you did the purchase. The time it takes for a refund depends on each bank.

RETURNS

You must send the package with the item you want to refund to one of our stores (except underwear or swimwear). Contact us so that we can indicate the nearest store by writing an email to web@malditosweet.es. Please note that the shipping of the products you want to return are your responsibility and will not accept in any case shipments freight collect.

Malditosweet.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition they were received
